Throughout my 25 years of leading change, marketing, and communications, a consistent message emerges. Success is best measured by the people it affects.
Sometimes, change is your choice, and at other times, it happens to you. The way this is presented is almost more important than the change itself.
I’ve led dozens of high-profile corporate change management and communications initiatives, moderated 300 broadcasts, and worked with leaders around the globe on change communications.
Now, I help organizations and change management practitioners navigate transformation with a people-first lens to achieve the best results for all.
About Julie Whitten
From Corporate to Consulting Experience
People-first change management is my mission.
I have 25 years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, and change management.
Most recently, I served as Vice President of Change Management & Communications at Upstate Niagara Dairy Cooperative. I also held Senior Director and Director leadership roles in change management and communications at Sodexo, a Fortune 500 company with over 400,000 employees worldwide.
I am a member of the invite-only Executive Council for Leading Change (ECLC) and a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner. I hold executive education credentials from Cornell University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Ithaca College in New York.
I am also the voice behind Big Girl Panties Diaries. This bold and insightful series blends humor, honesty, and hard-earned wisdom to explore the complex intersection of personal growth and professional leadership.
